
Recipe makes 9 brownies
Prep time: 15mins
Bake time: 30mins
My Fitness Pal: Cals 115, Carbs 10.5gm, Fat 5gm, Protein 5gm
Ingredients:
1 can of Black beans, rinsed and drained, pureed
30 gm or 2 tbsp milk chocolate chips
1 cup of Splenda or 1/2 cup Stevia
1 cup of Splenda or 1/2 cup Stevia
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
4 tsp Becel Light margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2. In a microwaveable bowl add the chocolate chips and Becel. Place in microwave for 45-50 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until all chocolate is melted.
3. Add cocoa and stir well.
4. In a small bowl beat the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Add to chocolate and mix well.
5. Add the pureed black beans - I suggest using a blender or food processor. I used a hand blender and it didn't puree them enough.
6. When everything is combined well pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake for 30 mins and remove from oven. Let cool before cutting.
