Ham and Cheese Egg Roll Ups

Ingredients:

8 eggs
1 tsp Vegeta seasoning
10 slices Extra Lean Thin sliced Black Forest Ham
50gm Galbani light mozzarella cheese

1. Beat eggs with vegeta seasoning. 
2. Heat up a small skillet, sprayed with cooking spray. 
3. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into the pan and spread around. Cook until underside is starting to lightly brown and carefully flip over. 
4. Sprinkle  just a bit of cheese over the top and then lay the slice of ham over top. 
5. When the underside is starting to brown lightly remove from pan onto a clean surface and then roll.
