Recipe makes 18 tarts

**Calories/Macros vary depending on the brands of ingredients you use. It is suggested that if you follow a diet plan that you enter your ingredients into your tracker for accuracy.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sweetener of choice - I used 1/2 cup monk sugar, 1/2 cup of Stevia
1 tsp vanilla
4 tsp Becel Light, melted
1 orange, zest and juice
4 tsp Becel Light, melted
1 orange, zest and juice
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup flour, I used Gluten free
Swerve icing sugar to sprinkle on top
1. Preheat oven to 350. I used silicone muffin pans so there was no need to use papers or cooking spray.
2. This recipe can be done in a blender, its that easy...beat the eggs, and sugar and vanilla until pale and creamy.
3. Add the orange zest, juice and almond milk, keep mixing and add the flour slowly until everything is mixed thoroughly.
4. Pour the batter into the pans filling most of the way up.
5. Bake for 45-50mins. (I had mine in for 45mins but will keep them in for a few more to see if they brown up a bit.)
