Ingredients:
1 cup Quick oats
1 cup Oat Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup stevia
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
3 Tbsp dried cranberries, chopped into smaller pieces
1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites, vanilla, stevia, and maple syrup.
3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the cranberries. Use a heaping Tablespoon of the mix per cookie.
4. Bake for 8 - 10 mins.
