Ingredients:
2lbs Ground Chicken Breast
1 egg
1/2 cup Kikkoman Japanese Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Kraft BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp Relish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
30gm Allegro cheddar, grated
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x11 dish with cooking spray.2. Combine all ingredients - reserve 4 Tbsp of the bbq sauce and half of the cheese for the topping, and mix well.
3. Press into the dish and spread the remaining bbq sauce and cheese on top.
4. Bake for 40mins and turn heat off. I will usually crack the oven door open and leave it in there while I'm setting the table or getting a salad ready. Just to let it sit for a couple of minutes.
5. Cut into 6 even portions and serve with your favourite side. We usually have it with a salad and mashed potatoes.
