Often when we have health and fitness goals in mind we set high expectations for ourselves. Social media fills our minds with visions of how we should look, what we should eat, drink, wear, follow etc. It's easy to fall off track with our goals when we are overwhelmed with what we "should" do and things don't always go as planned.
Being in the right frame of mind is important when you take on any new endeavor but it's also important to figure out what is going to work for you. We are all different - body, mind and soul. We all have different levels of discipline, body types, dietary needs or restrictions. There is no such thing as one size fits all. Just because you can force yourself into those O/S pair of leggings does not mean they're right for you.
Only you will know what is right for you. You need to choose plans or activities that will work with your lifestyle, family life, fitness level, health status and of course choosing activities that you enjoy doing. Set yourself up for success. You got this!
