This dish is something our family really enjoys. What's not to like? Chicken...Pizza...win win.
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts, sliced in half and lightly pounded (I seasoned mine with with Clubhouse Garlic plus seasoning but you can use Italian seasoning or just salt and pepper)

Ingredients:

10 Tbsp tomatoe sauce (no sugar added)
30 slices Marc Angelo Pepperoni slices
90gm Galbani Mozzarella Light, shredded
2 Tbsp sliced green olives (optional- omitting doesn't make difference in pts)
*use whatever zero point toppings you like - peppers, hot peppers, mushrooms, onions...
1. Preheat oven to 400. Use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Place seasoned chicken breasts on baking sheet, making sure to leave some room between each piece and bake for 15mins. While this is baking get your other toppings ready to go.
3. Remove chicken from oven. Spread 1 Tbsp of sauce on each piece and then start layering your toppings, finally topping with the cheese.
4. Place back in the oven and bake for 10mins and enjoy with a nice side salad.
