Ingredients:
150gm large oats
1/3 cup Almond flour
1 Tbsp Stevia
1 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut
3 egg
1 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray pan with cooking spray. I used a 9x13 glass pan which gave me 15 pieces but if you want yours a bit thicker use a size down to get 12 squares, same points.
2. Peel and grate apples and set aside.
3. In one bowl add oats, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder. Mix ingredients together.
4. In another bowl beat eggs, stevia, and vanilla. Slowly start incorporating the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. When it's well mixed next fold in the grated Apple.
5. Press the mixture into the bottom of your pan so that it is nice and even. Place into oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and let it cool. Slice into 12 or 15 pieces. You can enjoy this with a bit of peanut butter on top, it's delicious.
