Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
1 cup oats
1 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp stevia
40gm chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 
2. Mash the 2 bananas well, add the egg, stevia and vanilla and mix well. 
3. In a separate bowl mix the rice flour, oats, and baking soda. 
3. Combine the flour mixture into the banana mixture and then finally add the chocolate chips. 
4. Bake for 12-15mins.
