Chickpea Banana Chocolate Chip Bars (GF)

**WW points and Calories/Macros vary depending on the brands of ingredients you use.  It is suggested that if you follow a diet plan that you enter your ingredients into your tracker for accuracy. 

Ingredients:
1 19oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 ripe bananas, mashed well
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
6 tsp brown sugar
6 tsp cornstarch, sifted
30gm semi sweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x11 pan with cooking spray.

3. Use a food processor or blender blend chickpeas until you get a smooth consistency. 
3. Add your mashed banana, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar. Mix well. 
4. Sift in the baking powder, cinnamon and cornstarch mixing well.
5. Pour batter into the pan and then put the chocolate chips on top evenly. 
6. Bake 30mins. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
