Blueberry Banana Cake (GF)

Ingredients: 
1 cup oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 ripe mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Stevia
1 1/4 cup blueberries

1. Preheat oven to 375 and spray 8x11 with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl sift in the oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon. 
3. In a second bowl add mashed banana, eggs and vanilla, beat well. Mix in the applesauce and Stevia. When everything is well combined fold in the blueberries. 
4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30mins.
