Pumpkin Chickpea Soup

**WW points and Calories/Macros vary depending on the brands of ingredients you use.  It is suggested that if you follow a diet plan that you enter your ingredients into your tracker for accuracy. 

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup of diced onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 cans of chickpeas (with liquid)
1 1/2 cups of pure pumpkin
3 cups of fat free vegetable broth
1 Tbsp vegeta seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp white pepper
salt to taste

1. Saute the onions and garlic in a about 1/4 cup of the broth until onions are translucent. 
2. Combine all of the ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat. 
3. Let simmer on low heat for 15 mins. 
4. Using a hand blender and puree the soup. If it is too thick for your liking you can add a bit of water or some more broth.
