Ingredients:
cup Oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Stevia
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup diced fresh strawberries

1. Preheat oven to 375 and spray an 8x11 pan with cooking spray.
2. In one bowl sift in the oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside.
4. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to banana mixture. When thoroughly mixed fold in the zucchini and strawberries.

1 cup shredded zucchini

2. In one bowl sift in the oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a second bowl beat eggs with mashed banana, add the stevia and vanilla and continue mixing until well combined.
4. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to banana mixture. When thoroughly mixed fold in the zucchini and strawberries.
