Light Buffalo Chicken Dip



Recipe makes 16, approximately 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients:
4 -5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tsp taco seasoning
3-4 tbsp water 

 I used my crockpot to cook the chicken breast through the day with the above ingredients and then shredded it up in the crockpot in its juices. While the chicken is still hot thoroughly stir in the following:

1pkg light cream cheese
1 cup Plain Fat Free Greek yogurt
1 to 1 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo sauce - my family loves spicy food so if you worry that this sounds like too much start slow and taste as you go. 
1/4 cup light ranch dressing

Serve with corn chips or celery sticks.
