Ingredients: 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 pkg Club House Salads N' Dips Italian mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 can white kidney beans
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion diced
1 cup sliced carrots
2 celery stalks chopped
2 cups chopped butternut squash
1 carton fat free chicken broth
2 cups chopped spinach
6 cups of water

1. Put all of the ingredients in the crockpot except for the spinach. Cook for 4hrs on high. 
2. Remove chicken and chop or shred, I like to shred mine. Place back in the crockpot. 
3. Add the chopped Spinach and leave covered. Allow the spinach to soften and wilt.
