Ingredients:
1lb Extra lean ground pork
2lbs Ground chicken breast
1/2 diced onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp Adobo seasoning
1/2 cup bread crumbs, I used Life Smart Gluten free bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups no sugar added tomatoe sauce
40gm Piller's turkey pizza pepperoni (16-20 slices)
4 slices Extra lean black forest ham
3 Tbsp Hormel Real bacon bits
120gm Galbani Light Mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400, spray a 9x13 with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl combine the meat, onions, garlic, spices, bread crumbs and egg. Mix well until everything is combined evenly.
3. Spoon meatloaf mixture into the pan and spread out evenly.
4. Bake 20mins and remove from oven.
5. Pour tomatoe sauce over the meatloaf evenly and sprinkle about 1/3 of the cheese on top.
6. Add your toppings, top with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 10-15mins.
