Chocolate Protein Banana Loaf (GF)

 



Chocolate protein banana bread

Recipe makes 12 servings

Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed 
1/3 cup stevia (optional- I've omitted if I have really ripe bananas)
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 fat free plain greek yogurt 
1 cup Gluten free flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 scoops, 60gm, chocolate protein powder, I used Matrix Whey Chocolate ice cream protein powder
1/2 tsp cinammon
60gm lilys chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan or a 8x11 pan with cooking spray.
2. In one bowl mix the flours, corn starch, baking powder, protein powder, set aside.
3. Mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly start adding the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into pan.
5. Bake for 45-50mins
