2022! Have you Set Your Goals?

 



We are officially in 2022 friends! We hope you all had a nice holiday season with your loved ones.

What is your mindset going into this year?
Have you set your goals and intentions for this year?
Need some help? Here are a few tips to help you get started. 

- Brainstorm. Choose 3-5 goals or dreams you would like to achieve or work towards this year.

- Visualize. Write it down, create a vision board. Have something that you can look back to as a reminder.

- Habits. Reflect on habits you need to develop in order to help you work towards your goals OR maybe you have habits that are working against you achieving your goals.

- Set mini goals. Having a few big goals or dreams is important. We all need something to work towards. But it can be overwhelming and feel unattainable if we are always looking at the big goals. Set small, achievable goals that will propel you forward in your journey.

- Accountability. Find your people, your support network. It's important to surround yourself with like minded people that are going to support you and  will work with you and not against you.

- Do the work. It would be nice if our dreams and goals would just come to fruition from just a thought. We all know that's not how it works. Put a plan in place to support your goal and get on it! Only you can make it happen.

- Stay positive. Practice positivity everyday. Give yourself positive affirmations daily and practice gratitude.

- Reflection. Take time to reflect, whether that is daily, weekly or monthly. Check in with yourself, check in with your support group. What has gone well, what do you need to work a little harder on? Be honest. Give yourself grace. Move on, move forward.

- Keep Going! Don't give up. Anything worth having never comes easily. You can do this.
