The Power of Suggestion.

 



Do you believe in the power of suggestion? Have you ever had someone say to you "losing weight is almost impossible at our age", "eating healthy is just way to hard", "trying to fit in exercise is too difficult"...do you believe that those little comments or suggestions can influence your opinions and feelings about those things?

In other words, once you expect something to happen or turn out a certain way, your thoughts, behaviours and reactions actually contribute to turning those expectations into reality!  
Whether those suggestions come from you or someone else they are planted in your mind and your subconscious. 

The same theory goes for turning those negative thoughts and comments into something positive. Surrounding yourself with positive people, actively practicing positive self talk and following self love/positivity promoters on social media will help bring the type of suggestions into your life and mind that will propel you forward, not drag you down.

I believe you can do it.
Exercise is a great way to build confidence. 
Eating healthy will make you feel good inside and out.
Taking time for yourself is important, you can find a few minutes a day for self care.

Positive suggestions, create positive outcomes. Try it.
